A Fractional CFO is a highly experienced financial executive that provides companies with CFO-level experience on a part-time / as-needed basis, depending on the companies' specific needs. Hiring a Fractional CFO gives companies the flexibility and affordability of a seasoned leader at a “fraction” of the cost of hiring a full-time CFO.

An Interim CFO is a highly experienced financial executive that provides companies with CFO-level

experience on a full-time basis, but only for a fixed period of time or on a contractual basis (1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year, etc.). Both Fractional and Interim CFO’s are qualified to perform the same duties as a regular CFO.

Our CFO’s have 20+ years’ direct experience working for well-established and reputable PE and VC funds. They have expertise in the fund’s entire life-cycle, including but not limited to Fund Formation, Fundraising, Investment Period, Divestment Period and Fund Liquidation.

Fractional and Interim CFO’s work as an extension of your team. They can be engaged to oversee the work of existing accountants, fund administrators and/or CPA firms, and act in more of a middle office capacity (a bridge between the back office and the front office).
